I have been to enough doctors, and dismissed by enough gynecologists to know the importance of having someone by your side.
That is why I have created a space where YOU lead the conversation. I am here to listen, to support you in setting actionable health and wellness goals, talk about taboo or uncomfortable topics, discover what gives you joy, and celebrate your wins.

It is not a straight line between feeling pain, acknowledgement, diagnosis and treatment. It can take time to make that appointment, start using that first dialator, or speak to your friends and family about your pain.
You may have a clinical diagnosis, and a care team that includes doctors, pelvic floor physical therapists, and mental health professionals. Our work together will extend the work you do with your team. As your coach, I will support you in setting and achieving goals at your pace to improve your overall quality of life.
Here are the four core components to my coaching philosophy to overcoming pelvic pain and other chronic pain.
We will set goals to help regulate your nervous system, and building the trust between your mind and body.
These goals can be related to any lifestyle changes you want to make. These can include nutrition, dialator exercises etc.
We will explore techniques to move beyond the pain and clinical diagnosis and feel good in your body and your life.
We begin with acknowledgement, and focus on creating a mindset shift through education.

This session aims to provide a safe space for individuals experiencing pelvic pain, painful sex, or other vulvo-vaginal conditions to come together, share experiences, and help each other navigate their journey towards relief and pleasure. I am Preethi, a certified Women’s Health and Wellness coach and I work with women to overcome pelvic pain conditions and move towards condition management and pleasure.
Women on average waits 6 years before seeking help, and their pain is often dismissed by providers even when they do ask for it. This can be especially tough, given the stigmas in the South Asian community. But we are going to tackle the taboos together. Awareness and acknowledgment are the first step--you are not alone. This is a space for you to connect with those who may be suffering in silence, or find others who've been able to shift their relationship with their bodies.

Women’s Circles
I lead Women’s Circles around pelvic pain, pleasure and other taboo topics so we can support one another and remind ourselves that we are not alone. These sessions generally follow a theme Ex. Pleasure Mindset, Dating with Pelvic Pain.
1:1 Coaching
My 1:1 coaching sessions are all about getting you towards your health and wellness goals over a course of 3 months. This is a process of discovery and collaboration.
The sessions will take place over 3 months and entail:
Consultation Call - 15 min
1 Free Call to see if coaching is a good fit
Intake and Vision Setting - 45 min
1 Session to discuss your experience, and vision for your future
Sessions - 45 min
5 Sessions to explore where you’re at and what gives you energy. We’ll set goals around health and lifestyle changes and reflect.
Cost - $300 for 6 sessions
For every 4 clients I work with, I take on one client pro-bono to ensure more equitable access to those who need it.
